Online therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, mood concerns, and life transitions.
Consultation
Parent, school, and behavior consultation services are private-pay services and are not billed through insurance. These consultations support parents, educators, and schools with challenging behaviors, academic interventions, classroom support, and strategies for students with disabilities. Fees may be arranged as a one-time payment or based on the consultation format, and we will discuss and agree upon the fee before scheduling.
Psychological & Educational Evaluations
Psychological and educational evaluations are billed through insurance when eligible. Your coverage and out-of-pocket responsibility depend on your insurance plan, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, prior authorization, and medical-necessity requirements.
Fees, Insurance, and Payment
Therapy appointments are scheduled and billed through Headway. Fees for evaluations and consultation services depend on the scope and format of the service. We will review fees during the consultation and provide a clear estimate before services begin.
