How do I know which service I need?

How do I begin therapy?

Answer: Online therapy appointments are scheduled and billed through Headway. Use the “Start Therapy Through Headway” link to view availability and begin the process.

Where is therapy provided?

Answer: Therapy is provided online for eligible clients in Illinois and Nevada.

What types of evaluations do you provide?

Answer: Evaluations are billed through insurance when eligible. Self-pay is also an option for evaluations. The free introductory call can answer the fee-related questions.

What does an evaluation include?

Answer: Depending on your needs, an evaluation may include interviews, questionnaires, records review, assessment sessions, scoring, a written report, and a feedback meeting.

Who can request consultation services?

Answer: Educators, schools, and other professionals, as well as caregivers, may request consultation related to behavior, academic interventions, classroom support, and students with disabilities.

How are consultation services paid?

Answer: Consultation services are private-pay services and are not billed through insurance. Fees may be arranged as a one-time payment or based on the consultation format. We will discuss and agree upon the fee before scheduling.
